3. Process and Revisions

a) Initial Concept: Tess will provide an initial sketch/concept for approval.

b) Revisions: 2 revisions are included. Additional revisions will be charged at $20 per revision.

4. Completion and Delivery

a) The Artist agrees to complete the work by the agreed-upon deadline.

b) Unless otherwise stated, the Client will be responsible for any shipping costs and pick-up arrangements.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

a) The Artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork.

b) The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the artwork for personal use only.

c) Any commercial use of the artwork by the Client requires a separate agreement and additional fees.

6. Cancellation Policy

a) If the Client cancels the commission after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

b) If the Artist cancels the commission, the deposit will be refunded in full.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
