I’m Tess Bloomer, an artist and end-of-life doula. I’m dedicated to expressing and witnessing the mystery of life on both a collective and individual scale. My work aims to celebrate life, honor death, and preserve legacies.
I have an affinity for portraits and strive to reveal the unique character of each person I paint. I work closely with my clients to invoke their true spirit and inner light on canvas. The Legacy Project commissions are about connection, honoring life, and creating a visual legacy for loved ones and future generations to cherish. I believe in everyone’s right to a dignified death and am honored to serve the Los Angeles area as an end-of-life doula. I’ve trained with The Anam Cara Academy, DDLA, and INELDA. I am also a proud member of the Pacific Death Doula Collaborative.
